Flail Mower EFGCH
The New Design EFGCH is an agricultural equipment that can be mounted to a power take-off (PTO). Its purpose is to handle dense grass and tough vegetation that cannot be effectively managed by a regular lawn mower. Unlike standard flail mowers with hammer-shaped blades, the Flail Mower, also known as the BladeRunner, is the most robust and heavy-duty mowing attachment available. It is designed to operate even in the harshest conditions. The Flail Mower features vertically rotating blades known as 'Hammer' blades, which finely pulverize plant material into a smooth pulp, ensuring an even spread across the entire mowing width.

The cutting height of the mower can be easily adjusted, offering four different options ranging from 1.3 cm to 12.7 cm (1/2 in. to 5 in.). To regulate the cutting height, the upper link of the tractor's 3-point hitch is utilized.
Equipped with a heavy-duty gearbox, all mowers in this series have a continuous rating of 18-55 hp. The power is efficiently transmitted through fully shielded, telescoping drive shafts that feature quick-attach and detach characteristics, making hookup a breeze.
The flail mower incorporates a hammer rotor that ensures consistent distribution of pulverized material. With a rotor speed of 1850 rpm, generating a blade-tip speed of 152.9 km/h (95 mph), it delivers a clean and precise cut. The hammers on the rotor are strategically arranged to evenly distribute material across the entire cutting width. Additionally, the hammers are designed to pivot at their mounting points, minimizing the risk of damage in case of encountering an obstruction.
The 25A hitch is now compatible with any Category 1 3-point hitch, whether it has the iMatch™ Quick-Coupler system or not. This allows for seamless and convenient attachment to a wide range of tractors.
All Aiemery flail mowers are equipped with a robust gearbox that can handle continuous operation with a power rating of 18-55 hp. Furthermore, it comes with a 12-month warranty, providing added assurance and peace of mind.
Metal deflectors are included in the design of the mower, serving as protective barriers. These deflectors help redirect debris and prevent it from being thrown in unintended directions, enhancing safety during operation.
