Flail Mower EFGC-A
The EFGC-A is a newly designed flail mower that can be mounted to a tractor's power take-off (PTO) and is specifically designed to handle heavier grass and scrub that cannot be managed by a regular lawn mower. The mower's standard flails are shaped like hammer blades. The Flail Mower, also known as the BladeRunner, is the sturdiest and most robust mowing attachment available. It can tackle even the most challenging mowing conditions with its vertically rotating 'Hammer' blades that pulverize plant material into a fine pulp and distribute it evenly across the mowing width.

The cutting height can be easily adjusted using the roller, which offers four different positions ranging from 1.3 cm to 12.7 cm (1/2 in. to 5 in.). The tractor's 3-point hitch upper link is used to regulate the cutting height within these options.
All mowers are equipped with a heavy-duty gearbox that has a continuous rating of 18-55 hp. The power is transmitted through fully shielded telescoping drive shafts, allowing for quick and easy hookup.
The rotor of the flail mower revolves at 1850 rpm, resulting in a blade-tip speed of 152.9 km/h (95 mph) for a precise and clean cut. The hammers on the rotor are strategically arranged to ensure uniform distribution of material across the entire cutting width. Additionally, the hammers are designed to pivot at their mounting points, minimizing damage in case of any obstructions.
The 25A hitch is now compatible with any Category 1 3-point hitch, whether it includes the iMatch™ Quick-Coupler system or not.
All Aiemery flail mowers are equipped with a durable gearbox that has a continuous rating of 18-55 hp. Furthermore, it comes with a 12-month warranty.
Metal deflectors are included as part of the mower's design, helping to guide the discharged material and prevent it from scattering in undesired directions.
