Aiemery Mulcher BPS
If you need to remove prunings, the AIEMERY pick-up mulchers are an excellent choice. These mulchers finely shred the prunings using a fine mulching grid, resulting in rapid biodegradation within a single season.
The BPS pick-up mulcher is specifically designed for olive cultivations, orchards, and vineyards. It operates efficiently, collecting and finely mulching 100% of the prunings in a single pass. The prunings are lifted from the ground and processed through a screen, ensuring no contact between the hammers and the ground.
The BPS pick-up casing is highly durable, constructed from high-tensile steel. Inside the casing, counterknives guarantee a perfect mulching result.
For convenient material feed control, the BPS pick-up mulcher includes a modular lower pick-up kit with a grid-inclusive rotor as a standard feature. Additionally, a pressure gauge is provided to facilitate easy control of the pick-up rotor.
If desired, a take-off kit is available to convert the mulcher back to its standard configuration.
The BPS pick-up mulcher offers a reliable solution for removing prunings, ensuring they are finely mulched through a fine mulching grid. It is particularly suitable for olive cultivations, orchards, and vineyards, allowing for fast and efficient pruning collection and mulching in a single pass.

Mulchers are highly effective at shredding organic materials such as prunings, branches, and vegetation into smaller pieces. This process promotes faster decomposition and aids in nutrient recycling.
By mulching organic materials, mulchers contribute to improving soil health. The finely shredded material enriches the soil with organic matter, increasing its fertility, moisture retention, and overall nutrient content.
Applying a layer of mulch over the soil helps suppress weed growth by blocking sunlight and preventing weed seeds from germinating. This reduces the need for manual weeding or herbicide use, leading to a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to weed control.
Mulching provides a protective barrier that helps prevent soil erosion. The layer of mulch minimizes the impact of raindrops and wind, reducing soil erosion and preserving the integrity of the topsoil.
Mulch acts as a natural insulator, regulating soil temperature and reducing water evaporation. By conserving moisture in the soil, mulching helps plants withstand drought conditions and reduces the frequency of irrigation.
Mulching can create a physical barrier between plants and the soil, preventing the splashing of soil-borne diseases onto the plant foliage. Additionally, some mulch materials, such as certain types of organic mulch, can deter pests or act as a natural repellent.
Mulching can enhance the appearance of gardens, landscapes, and other outdoor areas. It provides a neat and uniform look while covering bare soil, giving a visually pleasing and well-maintained appearance to the surroundings.
Applying mulch helps reduce the time and effort spent on weeding, watering, and soil maintenance. It minimizes the need for frequent watering, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks, allowing for more efficient use of time and resources.
Mulching supports sustainable gardening and landscaping practices. It reduces the need for chemical fertilizers and pesticides, promotes natural processes, and encourages the recycling of organic materials, leading to a more eco-friendly approach to land management.
Overall, mulchers offer numerous advantages, including efficient mulching, improved soil health, weed suppression, erosion prevention, moisture conservation, disease and pest control, aesthetic enhancements, time and labor savings, as well as environmental benefits. These benefits make mulchers valuable tools for a variety of applications, ranging from agriculture and gardening to landscaping and land restoration.
